This independent film and TV production firm is all about cutting-edge comedy. Founded in 1999 by Steve Coogan and Henry Normal, Baby Cow co-produced the film 24 Hour Party People, the story behind Manchester's Factory Records. Other projects include the film Snow Cake (Alan Rickman and Sigourney Weaver) and the Coogan TV vehicle Monkey Trousers. Subsidiary Baby Cow Manchester is an incubator for talent from the north of the UK. Other units include Baby Cow Animation, Baby Cow Films, and Baby Cow Radio. Baby Cow's productions air on the BBC, Channel Four, ITV, and other UK channels.
