Afirma Grupo Inmobiliario (formerly Astroc Mediterraneo) is nothing if not well grounded. Specializing in real estate, the Spanish company develops and manages land and a variety of properties, including apartment buildings, social housing, commercial mixed-use centers, and industrial warehouses. The company has concentrated its real estate holdings and operations in the central region around Catalonia and Valencia, but it has begun making investments outside of Spain in countries such as Brazil and Romania. It has also dedicated a portion of its operations to providing wealth management services. In 2008 Astroc Mediterraneo merged with Rayet Promocio and Landscape to create Afirma Grupo Inmobiliario.
