Description
China Digital Media might have multiple-personality disorder. The company (formerly Hairmax International, and National Beauty Corp. before that) used to operate Hairmax discount haircutting salons. It also previously owned Cleaning Express USA, a Florida home-cleaning firm. China Digital Media discontinued its cleaning and salon operations and purchased Chinese cable-TV operator Arcotect in 2005. After the acquisition, the company made its latest name change, reflecting its plans to specialize in Chinese TV holdings; Arcotect then became a wholly owned subsidiary, China Digimedia Holdings Limited. President and CEO Daniel Ng owns 41% of the company's common stock.
