Description
We are proud of our name and what it represents. Vision. Original thinking. And success. They are Alvin Eicoff’s legacy.
Alvin created the direct response television (DRTV) industry. He understood that television had the ability to function as a store and that media rates were a negotiable commodity. The phrase “or your money back” was his, 800 numbers came into being, in part, because of him. Alvin was elected to the Direct Marketing Hall of Fame and was cited by Advertising Age as one of the 50 most influential people in the history of television.
In 1982, A.Eicoff & Company became a division of Ogilvy. Access to their technology, training and a world-wide network have kept Eicoff right on the cutting edge. In turn, Ogilvy receives our direct response media buying expertise.
Today, we are the largest direct response television (DRTV) agency in the country, continuing our legacy of vision, original thinking and success.
